The room was decent, but the cleanliness could’ve been better. The tub was clogged, and it took a while to get it fixed. The beds were okay, at least. Definitely felt the need for a room change when I first arrived, which made things a bit frustrating. But overall, it was all right for a quick stay.

Had a pleasant one-night stay and really appreciated the comfy beds and the cozy lounge area. The indoor swimming pool was a nice touch for some late-night relaxation. The only hitch was a bit of a wait at breakfast, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

missingWrote a review on Dec 18soft bedudon soupdirty roomclogged tubinefficient service
The room was less than desirable. it was dirty and the tub had a significant hair clog, which took longer than expected to remedy. Despite these issues, bed comfort was commendable and the location worked well for our plans. I appreciated having access to udon soups at the restaurant, but initial communication about dining options could be improved. Customer service showed potential but was hindered by inefficiencies. Overall, not the best experience, but elements of comfort showed promise for improvement.

missingWrote a review on Dec 06quiet environmentcomfortable roomodd shower configurationnoisy restaurantoverpriced dining
The stay included a very quiet and comfortable environment, making it easy to relax. However, the shower in the king double room had an odd configuration that made it challenging to use. The dining experience was a letdown. the hotel-recommended restaurant was noisy and overpriced with subpar service, and the breakfast buffet didn't meet expectations either. A better breakfast can be found at the Sheraton Atrium next door, which I would choose next time.

The comfortable Traditional King room provided a quiet retreat, with professional staff assisting at every turn. However, the dining experience was marred by a missed breakfast buffet. Additionally, the maintenance issues were frustrating. the room was dirty with an unclogged tub that took time to resolve, and the air conditioning was ineffective for a restful night.

would stay here again
Super comfy beds in the room with a private bathroom and a large walk-in shower. The fitness center was great for working out, and loved the hot tub for relaxing. Room had a mini fridge and coffee machine, which was handy. Plus, the pool area had sun loungers that made it perfect for chilling outside.

Had an awesome time celebrating a friend's birthday! We hit up the BJCC arena for a concert and enjoyed some tasty eats nearby. The hotel was clean and comfy, with a cool rainshower in the bath. Plus, the staff was super friendly and ready to help, making our stay even better. Definitely recommend it for group trips!
The only downside was that the front desk was a bit unfriendly during check-in. This made it a little awkward, but it didn't ruin our fun overall.

We had an amazing stay with our large family and 3 dogs. The location was fantastic, with great views of Protective Stadium. It was a bonus to explore multiple nearby restaurants and enjoy the quiet, relaxing pool area during our time there.
In my wife's opinion, a microwave in the room would really help families with little ones.
